Upon successful completion of the full summer program (based on attendance, safety adherence, and attitude), interns receive a $500 "Future Builder" Bonus.
Receive retention pay.
Interns who transition to full-time employment with FS Inc. after graduation automatically enter at a "Step 2" Starting Rate.
Go to school with tuition assistance.
For students who remain with FS Inc. for 12 consecutive months post-graduation, we provide tuition/certification assistance for:
CDL Class A Training
Heavy Equipment Operator Certification
Relevant Trade School Degrees (Subject to approval)
